Hawbaker Disputes DEP Violation
Well, according to Hawbaker's attorney, Hawbaker just "stored" their asphalt plant equipment at the site as a matter of convenience, as reported by the Times Leader's recent story. Well, if I have all the parts to build a house stored on a lot, would I say that I just have them there as a matter of convenience???

Question #1: If Hawbaker,Inc. wasn't very certain that they were going to be granted the permit...why would they "store" the parts for the plant on the property?
Question #2: Why were they allowed to store the equipment there in the first place? Since it's obviously a violation...why did our supervisors allow it to happen? It's not like they weren't told by numerous people at the public meetings that Hawbaker was putting their equipment on site. Doesn't anyone care about "right" and "wrong"????
